Steps to Getting started.

STEP 2: CAPTURE YOUR STARTING POINT

  • Take photos & measurements

    There are a number of different metrics we can use to track progress through your journey coaching with me.

    If have aesthetic goals then it is good to get a starting point using:

    WEIGHT - Further guidance here

    BODY MEASUREMENTS - Further guidance here

    If you are more focused on improving your health then the following starting measurements may be more suited to you:

    BLOOD PRESSURE

    RESTING HEART RATE

    HEART RATE VARIABILITY (if you have this available via a smart device)

  • GOOGLE SHEETS: Starting Stats

    You will receive a link to your personalised STATS SHEET - Within this you will find the following sections:

    SUMMARY

    STARTING STATS

    WEEKLY STATS

    The first step is to complete the STARTING STATS tab which encompasses various markers covering lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, health tracking, measurements, goals & habits.

    This is where you will store your measurements previously taken.

  • TRUECOACH: Upload Progress Pictures

    Your starting photos can be stored within the TrueCoach app:

    This facility can be found in the “Progress Pictures” section under your ACCOUNT

    When you upload these photos to TrueCoach, they will only be visible to you & me however if you prefer to keep these for yourself then this is absolutely fine too!
