    Take this first thing in the morning after you have been to the toilet and before you have eaten anything.

    When taking your weight to track progress, don’t worry too much about your day to day weight changes as you can find this may fluctuate for various reasons. Instead, take your weight at least 3 times each week to give yourself a weekly average and we will make sure that these weekly averages are moving in the right direction!
