My Story
It all begins with a smile. Maybe you smile at someone in the street. Maybe they smile back.
That person could have been having a rough day and you could have just brightened up that persons day with something that simple…
So I’m all for putting a big grin on my face, keeping things simple & having a bit of fun along the way!
My love of health & fitness started after signing up for a half marathon on New Years Eve, joining my local running club, getting involved in an outdoor bootcamp and taking part in obstacle course races with others.
Running is my outlet.. when you’re in a bad mood and you go for a run, it puts you in a better mood. When you’re in a good mood and you go for a run you feel like a superhero! Win win!
I understand running isn’t for everyone and it’s important for you to find that something you enjoy!
Encountering a number of injuries along the way, I discovered the importance of weight training to keep your body strong and resilient… Plus it’s pretty awesome to see how much weight you can actually lift off the ground right?
I qualified as a Personal Trainer to be able to be help as much as I can to bring out that confidence & awesomeness that’s inside all of us by seeing what your body and in turn mind can do!
I believe change isn’t about all or nothing, training isn’t about battering your body until you’ve dying on the floor in a puddle of sweat & food doesn’t have to be good or bad.
Everything in moderation.
