Training
Whether you are training with me in person or online, you personalised programme will be available for you to view via the “Workouts” section of your Truecoach account.
Each session plan will include a list of exercises, the order they should be performed, videos of how the exercise should be executed and how many sets & reps should be completed of each exercise.
Truecoach will keep a history of your training including any weights you have entered during your session so you can track your progress in the gym too should you wish to.

Nutrition
Nutrition Coaching is included within the training packages as standard.
This encompasses the Precision Nutrition principles of building skills & habits to ensure longterm success.
Call slots are available to book to enable able us to review, see how we can improve your nutrition & lifestyle habits and set realistic action steps to help you work towards your goals.

Sleep & recovery
Time outside of the gym & kitchen is also just as important as your Training & Nutrition.
There are many stressors that your body undergoes each day both mentally & physically which can impact your health & wellbeing. It is not necessarily the stress itself that has the greatest impact but how we react to it!
It is important that you take time out to recharge, de-stress and allow your body to recover.
This could include:
SWITCH OFF & ENJOY YOURSELF - Finding things to do that you enjoy & allow you to switch off and relax
SLEEP - Building a good bedtime routine to allow you to have a better chance of getting a good nights sleep
STRESS RESPONSE & MANAGEMENT - asking yourself “is this something I have control over?”

Check-ins
I will be checking in with you regularly but there are several ways in which we can stay in touch and make sure you have everything you need to set you up for success.

> ONLINE MESSAGING SUPPORT via the “Message” section of the TrueCoach app
> STATS SHEET via google sheets which allows you to enter WEEKLY STATS including weight, health markers, wins for the week that you would like to share & celebrate, loses of things that may need more focus & support to improve and allow you to make a note of anything that I may need to be aware of and that could impact your training, nutrition or progress.
