PROGRESS PHOTOS

  • Guide on how to take your progress photos

    These should be taken from the front, side & back wearing underwear or tight fitting clothing which allows you to see your body shape.

    The easiest way to take these is to find an area with good lighting, set up your camera to video mode and pose in each of the positions shown in the example below - you can then take screenshots of each pose to use as your progress photos.

    These photos will be taken once a month to allow you to see visual changes in your body as a result of the hard work you put into your training, nutrition & other lifestyle habits.
