SPICY NUT & SEED MIX

Ingredients


  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 200g plain roasted pumpkin seeds

  • 150g Brazil nuts

 

 

Method


Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius and line a baking try with baking paper.

Mix spices and oil in a bowl.

Toss in pumpkin seeds & nuts to coat.

Spread seeds and nuts in a single layer on the baking tray and roast for about 10 minutes

Allow to cool before serving or storing in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
