Stuffed Turkey Breast Wrapped in Parma Ham
Ingredients
Quick cook turkey breast steaks
Parma Ham
Cream cheese
Sundried tomato paste
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl mix together 1 tbsp cream cheese & with 1 tsp of sundried tomato paste per portion
Lay out 2 strips of parma ham side by side on a baking tray then lay turkey steak over the top
Spread tomato cream cheese mix over the top of the turkey steak and roll up turkey breast wrapping the parma ham around the outside
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes
