FUDGY CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT OATS

Want a sweet treat to start the day?

These can be prepped for a few days ahead and are great to grab & go in the morning when you’re in a rush!

  • 30g porridge oats

    1 tsp cocoa powder

    25g Chopped dates

    100ml unsweetened almond milk

    45g fat free greek yoghurt

    30g protein powder

    15g almond butter

    1. Mix ingredients in a Tupperware box or jam jar and place in the fridge overnight

    2. Grab when ready to eat and enjoy!
