    Set aside a little time regularly to prepare using actions such as:

    • Meal prep tasks

    • Packing things the night before

    • Arranging childcare so you can go to the gym

    These tasks could take as little as 5 minutes a day, 30 minutes every few days or an hour at the weekend - whatever regularly fits into your lifestyle.
